1. Applicera ett jämnt och tunt lager av nattmasken som sista steget i din rutin, efter fuktkräm. (Du kan använda en valfri spatel eller pensel avsedd för ansiktsmasker)

2. Låt nattmasken torka på ansiktet i cirka 15 minuter innan du går och lägger dig.

3. Nästa morgon, ta försiktigt bort masken från ansiktet genom att dra den långsamt från kanterna, eller tvätta noggrant bort masken med ljummet vatten.
